Original Summary:The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from EHR software vendors to provide a comprehensive health record system to support DODD developmental centers located throughout Ohio.Revenue share will not apply for the current contract, but if the contract is expanded in the future we will seek to execute a Contract Amendment to incorporate revenue share. Please review the latest Amendment for the language removal.The Contractor Rate Card is not a part of the pricing evaluation, it is just for the Agency's reference if additional services are needed.
