SCAG has partnered with the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC) to take the lead on implementing the Last Mile Freight Program (LMFP). The LMFP is designed to encourage investment in zero-and near-zero emission trucks and other technologies serving as an initial step towards implementing freight-related clean vehicles/equipment and infrastructure that will support the region’s clean-air goals.
