Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham (the "City") is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from a qualified firm(s) from consulting firms interested in a term contract for performing mitigation monitoring and reporting services at up to eight (8) mitigation sites for five years beginning in February 2022.. Seven (7) of the mitigation sites are within the City of Bellingham, and one (1) mitigation site is located in Whatcom County, on the Middle Fork Nooksack River. It is anticipated that up to ten (10) mitigation sites will be added to the contract through scope amendments during the contract period.
