Issue Date: February 8, 2023Closing Date: February 23, 2023Subject: Request for Quotation – Solicitation for Production of Promotional ItemsDear Prospective Offeror,United States Agency for International Development (USAID) mission to Ethiopia is soliciting a competitive pricing, deliverable and terms of potential sale in submitting proposal to design and produce a run of attractive USAID-branded promotional items to be given to an array of beneficiaries and other target audiences in Ethiopia. The institutions/contractors shall demonstrate substantive knowledge of the subject matter and offer for promotional items printing that meets all the deliverables mentioned on the SOW. The main purpose of this solicitation is to find a promotional printing service provider to USAID/Ethiopia.The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks, and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
