Combined Solicitation Synopsis is written in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603, entitled "Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items." NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPEITIVE QUOTATIONS. Performance of embroidery and sewing services require a Trademark License Agreement with Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM). Combined Solicitation Synopsis is restricted to Pacific Fleet Inc., dba LC Embroidery and Cleaning of San Diego, California under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)13.5. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any submitted quotations must include a copy of the offeror's NEXCOM trademark license agreement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
