First published Friday, March 2, 2018 Sealed proposals will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 PM, Monday April 2, 2018: Procurement Services 113 Wakeland Hall, MC-6813 1215 Douglas Drive Carbondale, IL 62901 Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide an Identity Management System, which will replace the existing Trident v1.2 Identity Management System by Aegis Identity. Proposals need to include a proven software solution, geared towards Higher Education, which requires minimal customization and provides on-going technical support as well as migration and implementation services. Please note that an additional Attachment A in Excel format is available for download for your convenience in completing this section. This is a duplicate of the Attachment A that is in the RFP file. Registration for conducting business with the State of Illinois: (30 ILCS 500/20-43) Sec. 20-43. Bidder or offeror authorized to do business in Illinois. In addition to meeting any other requirement of law or rule, a person (other than an individual acting as a sole proprietor) may qualify as a bidder or offeror under this Code only if the person is a legal entity authorized to do business in Illinois prior to submitting the bid, offer, or proposal.
