Richland County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Content Management System to redesign the current website last updated in 2013. Richland County seeks an updated website with a new, visually improved, and modern interface. The new dynamic site enables viewers with limited computer experience to easily find and access information. The site will act as a marketing tool for Richland County to highlight the community, its assets, and attractions to potential residents and businesses.
