Synopsis/Solicitation ComboINTRODUCTIONThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, effective 01 May 2022. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with an associated size standard of $35.0 million annually.SPECIFICATIONThe U.S. Geological Survey, Research and Drilling Program, requires rental of temporary and portable heavy-duty composite or wood mats.
