disinfected surface water aquifer recharge project into the Avon Park Formation of the upper Floridan aquifer utilizing a zone of discharge. The Project is located in eastern Manatee County at the District’s Flatford Swamp property. The Project will include recharge well, monitor wells and surface water diversion system, water filtration, arsenic mobilization management, infrastructure, design, construction, engineering, water quality sampling and analysis, and inspection services; geotechnical/hydrological test analysis supervision and review; design specifications; plans, permitting, well logging supervision and testing protocols for the development of aquifer recharge; engineering support services for preparation of the Request for Bids for diversion infrastructure; and comprehensive reports.
