Consulting Services for an Asset Specific Investment Profile

The City of Maple Ridge (the “City) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide consulting services to produce an Asset Specific Investment Profile. The awarded Consultant, building upon the work completed to date by the City , will assess the current state of the City’s assets and asset management practices to develop prepare an asset specific investment profile, which will further identify the necessary steps and resources required to address gaps and develop a corporate wide Asset Management Plan (AMP).
