All bid documents are available on the Region of Waterloo’s website at https://bids.regionofwaterloo.ca Bidders Must Create an Account or Log Into Their Account To Register for the Bid Opportunity before they can download the Bid Document and/or Addenda/Addendum. An annual subscription or one time payment to Bids and Tenders is required in order to

download the document. If a Bidder has obtained this Bid Document from a third party, the onus is on the Bidder to create an account and register for the bid opportunity on the Region of Waterloo website, as instructed above. All Addenda/Addendum shall be posted on the Region’s Bid Opportunities website.
