Inspection, Maintenance, and Minor Repairs of approximately 2,065 Cranes and Lifting Devices for a base year and two option years at Watervliet Arsenal (WVA), Watervliet, NY. Inspection includes approximately 315 bridge cranes, JIBS, JIB pedestals, gantry’s and H-Beam style cranes to include hoist motors located at various areas throughout WVA. Crane inspections will be spread out over a twelve month period. This procurement will include annual inspections and re-certifications of all material lifting devices, approximately 1,750 items; located throughout the Watervliet Arsenal’s 20 buildings housing lifting devices. Annual inspections will be conducted during the week of Watervliet Arsenal shutdown, monthly inspections and recertification of Material lifting devices will be conducted when personnel areon site to perform scheduled annual crane inspections and provided in designated staged areas. Proposal is due on November 21, 2022.In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications.The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder’s mailing list.
