The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size status relative to NAICS Code 339113; Size Standard of 750. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to form a reasonable expectation that two or more small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans will submit offers and that the award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States. Transesophageal Transducer. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract for the TRANSESOPHAGEAL TRANSDUCER. The period of performance is for one-time order. All interested firms should provide the following information: company size, company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, veteran status (VOSB or SDVOSB), capability statement to perform the services, and a statement describing whether there is a reasonable expectation an offer/quote will be submitted at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States. Responses to this notice shall be emailed to: Fernando G. Defillo, Contracting Specialist, fernando.defillo@va.gov. Telephone responses are discouraged due to the large number of firms being surveyed under this NAICS Code. Responses must be submitted no later than 20 March 2020 at 15:00 PM eastern standard time. This notice is intended to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this sources sought is not a request to be added to a prospective offerors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System of Award Management at www.sam.gov.
