48th Street Reconstruction

The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1451 - 48th Street Reconstruction. Project work includes a sealcoat upgrade with installation of new concrete pavement, new v-curb and gutter, new water main and services, new storm sewer, and other stormwater improvements. Location is 48th Street, from 48th Street A to 8th Avenue. The Contractor shall have 75 working days to complete the project. Work may not begin before July 8th, 2024. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. Bidding will take place solely through IONWAVE's website. Vendors must log in to the ebidding system to submit a bid. All documents must be submitted electronically by the bid opening on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 at 11:00 AM CST. The bid opening will be held virtually, through the City's RingCentral system.
