The Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, has a requirement for updating the Wireless Access Points (WAP) and replacing the primary Wireless Controller on the Haskell Indian Nations University campus located at 155 Indian Avenue, Lawrence, KS 66046. The intent of the procurement is to award a firm-fixed price contract. Vendor must be an authorized reseller, service provider or authorized support Aruba partner to supply the following items:1. Aruba 7205 Mobile Controller (Qty: 1)2. Aruba Wireless Access Points (Qty: 525)3. WAP Licenses4. Product Support LicensesThe applicable NAICS code is 334210, Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The term of the contract is intended to be 45 calendar days for delivery of the mobile controller and wireless access points and one calendar year from ARO for

WAP licenses and Product Support Licenses. This notice is published to conduct market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises capable of performing the requirements to warrant a socio-economic set-aside.Interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall submit the following information at a minimum: (1) company name and address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number; (2) documentation relating to capability of performance; and (3) any other pertinent company documentation, such as 1452.280-4 Indian Economic Enterprise Representation.
