Satellite Services specifically include installation services, support services and Data Transportation Services (two-way broadcast and receive data services). State Data Center will coordinate the ordering process for the Satellite Services requested by Authorized Purchasers that are state agencies. Authorized Purchasers that are state agencies will work directly with Contractor to request quotes and estimated installation dates, and during installation. Contractor will invoice and receive payment directly from state agencies Authorized Purchasers that are ORCPP members will each coordinate their own quote requests, installations, ordering process, invoicing and payment.
