Option 1 includes 13,000 square feet of asphalt seal coating, 700 linear feet of crack filling, the restriping of 39 parking lot spaces and 2 handicap parking lot spaces at the Tremont Office Building. Option 2 includes microsurfacing and striping, approximately 5225 square feet of asphalt parking lot and 30 parking spaces at the Rotary Park parking lot.
