The proposed work consists of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct as detailed in the contract documents. The Scope of Work involves the conversion of unfinished floor space in the Administration Building into office space. Sealed Bids shall only be accepted through

the AUTHORITY's third party e-procurement system, Negometrix no later than 2:00 PM, FEBRUARY 16, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by way of conference call. There is a S/M/WBE Goal of 20% of the estimated dollar value for this Bid.BOND INFORMATIONEach bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a surety company Bid Bond or cashier's check, drawn upon any State or National Bank in Florida, payable to the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County in an amount not less than five Percent (5%) of the amount of the total Bid. Any Bid received and accompanied by a Bid Security for less than five Percent (5%) of the amount of Bid Price or without a Bid Security will be rejected and returned. The Bid Bond executed by the BIDDERS shall be issued by a Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Florida and meeting the provisions required by Florida Statute 287.0935.
