North 23rd Street Rehabilitation: Roadway resurfacing of North 23rd Street (County Line Road) from East Kenosha Street to East Albany Street (not including intersections). Select concrete median islands will be reconstructed. The project also includes limited sidewalk on the east side of the road where gaps currently exist.
