(All Types) 13 January 202313 January 202313 January 2023 mailto:lcmunoz@riversidesheriff.org On behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff's Corrections Division, the County of Riverside Purchasing Department is soliciting quotations to purchase Uniseal® Exam Gloves as described in Exhibit A. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department is the fourth largest in California, covering over 7,300 square miles. The Corrections Division operates five adult

facilities throughout Riverside County. The established contract will allow the Sheriff’s Department to order from the lowest and most responsive, responsible bidder on an as-needed basis. Annual usages are estimates only and do not obligate or guarantee the County to purchase a specified amount of goods. The County may award a contract without negotiation; therefore, bidders should initially submit their best and final pricing. All prices quoted should include shipping and handling, delivery, fuel surcharges, and freight. The Corrections Division has selected the Uniseal® Proderma® Smooth Powder-Free Latex Exam Gloves, Uniseal® Nitriflex® Powder-Free Textured Nitrile Exam Gloves, and Uniseal® Vinyl Care Powder-Free Exam Gloves as a standard specification for this bid solicitation. All bids must meet or exceed the minimum specifications for this request. Failure to meet specifications will result in disqualification from the bid process. The County of Riverside reserves the right to evaluate and dismiss a bid that does not meet the department's needs. Procurement will consider Best Value and product quality before awarding gloves. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department will accept proposals for gloves that meet or exceed the minimum specifications. Proposals for a different brand/make/model will require a product sample. All product samples need to be delivered to the delivery address mentioned in the RFQ section titled 12.0 "Delivery". The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department reserves the right to disqualify a proposal for products that do not meet the minimum specifications. Description
