Sealed Bids that are either mailed or delivered must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director Purchasing, and have the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids/proposals to contract with a qualified Contractor to cover inspection, testing, and minor repair services not to exceed $1500.00 on SAWS overhead hoists, cranes, monorails and mobile/truck mounted cranes located within various SAWS facilities.
