** updated Q&A document R1 attached as of 4 Nov 2021**Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in St. Augustine, Florida with an anticipated 50 rooms needed for Friday, 3 December and 20 rooms needed for Saturday, 4 December. Final count will be finalized on 19 November, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 3 December 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 4 December 2021.
