The Project is located on Interstates 5, 8, and 15, and Routes 52, 67, 75, 79, 94, and 125, in the County of San Diego at various locations. The project aims to construct portions of the middle-mile broadband network within State Right of Way. A more detailed description of the Project is contained in Appendix A. The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2022 US dollars) is $55.63 million for construction capital and $1.6 million for Right of Way capital (including utility relocation). 2 - Procurement Schedule Final Date for Receipt of Proposers¿ Questions-11/21/2022 SOQ Due Date for Electronic and Hardcopy Submittal-12/14/2022 Anticipated Ranking Determination-1/6/2023 4.2 Quantities, Due Date, Time, and Location: The original and an electronic submittal of the SOQ shall be provided. The original shall be identified on its front cover, in the upper right-hand corner as ¿Original¿. One copy of each completed Disclosure of Potential Conflict of Interest Certification (Appendix D),
one (1) copy of each completed Prequalification Questionnaire (Appendix E), and one (1) copy of Preconstruction Services Cost Proposal are to be provided in separate sealed packages and delivered with the original SOQ to the address above. For hand-delivered SOQ submittals to Sacramento, call Jie Liang, at (916) 247-5645 to prearrange the day and time for SOQ hand delivery. All SOQs shall be received by 3 p.m. Pacific Time on the day specified in Section 2.- Procurement Schedule, and unless modified by Addenda, can also be submitted in one of two ways: a) E-mail the downloadable weblink to Innovative.Delivery@dot.ca.gov or the Department to download files. b) E-mail Innovative.Delivery@dot.ca.gov requesting access to the Department's file share folder to upload files. If applicable, please refer to the RFQ for goal requirement and attachments for licensing requirements for this contract. The Department do not have a copy of the plan holders list of available contractors, nor does it have a way of identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. The Department will allow the use of text with font size smaller than 12-point for only charts, tables, exhibits, and other illustrative and graphical information. Addendum 1 - This addendum for the Department to respond to a concern asked by the proposer. This addendum shall also revise the RFQ to included/add contract requirements in the RFQ for Small Business and DVBE. Addendum 2 - This for the Department to provide a revise RFQ updating sections in the RFQ, and revised Appendix C, Adding Form F Addendum 3 - This Addendum is for the Department to provide responses submitted by proposers. Addendum 4 - This Addendum is to reflect changes by the Department to the revised RFQ.
