This includes providing A/V needs for all session rooms and the necessary AV staff to support A/V needs for ballroom with a capacity for up to 1000 attendees for the duration of the conference. This includes web streaming to Zoom (one way out only) within three (3) of the session rooms. TWC staff will use their own laptops for streaming through a TWC Zoom account. Respondents are required to provide technician(s) specializing in audio and/or video for each conference and adjust accordingly based on venue, conference needs and expected attendance.
