× Project: Getto Transportation Center Modernization - Bid Package 1 Project #: 24-71-B-02-DA Scope of Work: Demolition of the existing buildings on the east side of the site. Demolition of the existing paving on the east half of the site and north of the detention area. The grading and paving of a new parking lot. Construction of a new 32,000 office and maintenance facility which includes but not limited to: a bus maintenance shop, a white fleet maintenance shop, break room and training rooms, a parts room, a tire storage, and a mechanical mezzanine. The construction of new bus wash building and above ground fueling storage and stations, including diesel, unleaded and propane.
