Other Details The term of this contract will be for three years, with two one-year options to renew at the City’s sole discretion. Notes Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, tools, parts, equipment, and location required to perform emergency vehicle upfitting services (Work) on as as-needed basis for all City emergency response vehicles and fleet vehicles.
