REVISED ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 0395 Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified firms to provide Consulting Services to prepare an Integrated Storm Water Management Plan for the Jefferson Parish Department of Planning. The selected consultant will, in summary: prepare an Integrated Storm Water Management Plan with a direct relationship to the parish’s comprehensive plan; propose text amendments to the Code of Ordinances; and prepare and deliver maps, memorandum, policies, and data related to the study. The study will include: data collection and analysis related to, at a minimum, storm water, soils, impervious cover, and parking; and public and stakeholder participation and outreach. All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vendor’s technical proposal, qualifications and experience, financial profile and proposal responsiveness and other criteria more specifically defined in the RFP document.
