STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT Maxwell_42CS_VoIP Licenses 6 March 2024 Introduction and Background. The 42nd Communications Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to acquire 1,200 VoIP licenses. Justification: These licenses support the VoIP phone deployment in progress at Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex. DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS. The new requirement consists of Cisco VoIP phone licenses. 3.0 Networking Equipment: The contractor shall provide the following licenses: 3.0.1.
