Pine Straw will be long needle pine straw and mulch will be double ground dyed brown pine mulch. Services shall include, but not limited to applying a three (3) inch layer of long needle pine straw and a two (2) inch layer of double ground dyed brown pine mulch, pickup of excess materials, bed edging and tuck, and traffic control. The double ground dyed brown pine mulch shall be pneumatically installed.

Pine straw and mulch maintenance services shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, material, equipment, bed edging and tuck, and traffic control to deliver this project to the Town complete, all in accordance with the solicitation documents.
