Solicitation Description: Bastrop County has a need for a Category 1 Flood Infrastructure Fund grant planning study that will establish baseline flooding conditions, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to be used for: 1) flood damage assessment; 2) floodplain delineation; 3) establishing a data set for analysis of flood mitigation alternative; and 4) base flood elevations (BFEs) for updating FIRM’s and/or for Letters of Map Change (LOMC’s) for existing FIRM’s. The study will include estimates of the existing average annual flood damages being incurred within select watersheds in Bastrop County
