Description: The work for this project includes demolition activities to remove existing front canopies, walkways, landscaping and utilities across front of existing building then building a new front canopy and walkway plaza along with new gas line and storm drain system. The new canopy consists of a structural steel frame with brick and metal panel veneers and TPO roof system. Also included in the Work is renovating an existing bus canopy by removing the existing roof materials and metal deck, replacing with new cellular metal deck and TPO roof system along with painting structural steel frame and cleaning concrete walkway and retaining walls and repainting railings.
