In accordance with Section T3.2.2.4.A.3(b) of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Guidance, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract via a limited sources justification to vendors that have met the qualification requirements and have been deemed responsible to support the Office of Aerospace Medicine’s (AAM) Behavioral Health Consultation Services for Pilot and Air Traffic Control Specialist (ATCS) case reviews.The Government intends to award multiple contracts for this effort to vendors who are found capable and responsible to provide the services outlined in the Performance Work Statement as long as case reviews are needed. Thus, the Limited Source Justification for Behavioral Health Consultation Services project will be updated should additional qualified and responsible sources become known while Behavioral Health Consultation Services requirement exists.Please see attached Performance Work Statement for requirement details.
