The project scope will include new building construction consisting of, at minimum, civil and site work, utility work, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work associated with the facility. Building spaces include self-service car wash bays including car wash

equipment, a single-user restroom, storage space, and mechanical space for car wash equipment and building equipment.
