The works consists of the following: replacement of the front entrance wood deck, ADA access improvements, new reinforced concrete slab-on-grade, new railing post, and column base connection repairs, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and City standards and as directed by the City Engineer.

A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at Fire Station 72, 1100 Linda Mar Boulevard, Pacifica, CA 94044, between the hours of 10:00 A.M. to 12 noon, on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. This meeting would be to inform bidders of project requirements and subcontractors of subcontracting and material supply opportunities.Only 4 bidders will be allowed at the jobsite for a 15 minute duration.
