Added: Mar 31, 2017 3:35 pm The purpose of this contract is to support the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Division of Exhibitions by providing services to detail, fabricate, transport, and install exhibit elements for special exhibitions or smaller exhibit-related projects based at the USHMM in Washington, DC. Professional estimating for fabrication projects may also be solicited under this contract.
The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum has identified the requirement for a total package of fabrication services to create special and traveling exhibitions, to perform exhibition fabrication tasks as assigned for such projects, or to work on changes to the Museum's permanent exhibitions, The Holocaust and Remember the Children: Daniel's Story. Projects will be awarded as individual Task Orders under the basic Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts and shall be based on project-specific work statements. This will include fabrication services for a major special exhibition on Americans and the Holocaust to open in the Museum's Kimmel Rowan Gallery in April 2018.
