The USG will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with the any submission in response to this notice or reimburse expenses incurred to the interested parties for responses.Introduction/Background:The purpose of this notice is twofold: (1) request industry comment/input on SBP goals for the D3I2 D1 follow-on effort; and, (2) notify industry that the USG does not currently intend to use STOs as part of the D3I2 source selection evaluation criteria.U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is gathering information to assist in developing an acquisition strategy detailing SBP evaluation factor minimum goals in support of the D3I2 D1 follow-on source selection. The current basic contract D3I D1 SBP minimum goals are listed below for reference (note that request for SBP input from industry does not reflect a decision by the USG that full-and-open competition is the chosen acquisition strategy, but rather is sought in support of market research). Note that all SBP goals listed in the attached RFI are based on total contract value (TCV) and not subcontracted dollars.Please see attached RFI D3I2 SB Participation.
