effective design.The Government requires a minimum of 75 ABOA SF to have a Floor load which mustaccommodate the following: (1.) 1,000 pound safe, (2.) approximately 15 file cabinet safes ofdiffering security classification, with an estimated weight of 7,500 pounds in total. 75% of this requirement will be associated with the Copier / Print Production Room (210 ABOA SF); The remaining 25% portion is associated with SCIF Secure File Room (144 ABOA SF).Ability to reserve/secure parking (allow for a gated/fenced area)○ 20 total vehicles including 15 large passenger vans (approximately similar size to a FordTransit)○ Allow for the installation of Level 2 Electric vehicle charging stations).The Government must have the right to relocate exterior penetrations for security concerns.The proposed facility shall not house the Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the BOP for security purposes.If located on the second floor or higher, the space:○ Must not be located above a drive through○ Must provide access to a loading dock & freight elevatorAbility to install a generator or have access to existing backup powerOffered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
