City of Bristol is accepting bids to contract for ad-hoc service and repair of, municipally owned and operated, vehicles and equipment, on an as needed basis as requested by the City for through Sept. 30, 2023, with option to renew for two (2) additional one year periods with mutual consent. To best address the volume and range of the City’s service and repair needs, multiple contracts will beawarded: Up to five (5) providers: T Level ASE Master Technician, for service and repair of truck US DOT Classes 4–8 Up to three (3) providers: A Level ASE Master Technician, for service and repair of vehicles US DOT Classes 1-3 B Level ASE Master Technician, for painting and collision repair E Level ASE Master Technician, for truck equip. install, maintenance and repair US DOT Classes 4-8 Bid Opening: August 18, 2022 at 2:00 pm by the Purchasing Department, with an office physically located at 131North Main Street, Second Floor, Bristol, Connecticut; 06010. Bids may be withdrawn 60 days after bid opening, if no award has been made. Proposals will be accepted via digital format by email, shared file service (e.g. DropBox, Exavault), or USB drive delivered to the Purchasing Department.
