This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12805B23Q0808 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The associated NAICS Code is 334516 and is a a small business set aside with Size Standard of 1,000 employees.The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area is in search of BioReactor Bags 50L & 200L for Biostat STR Bag Holders (Name Brand or Equal) . Document shall provide Contractor internal detailed pricing breakout of allpriced elements of the offer. This should include a full price breakout for requirements of all pricedmaterial as defined in the solicitation. This is a Name Brand or Equal requirement, price breakdown mustidentify suggested equal item and a full description of comparison of equal item to name brand is required.4.Authorized Vendor verification. Provide verification document as an authorized vendor on companyletterhead. Quotes will be evaluated by performing a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to determine which quote meets the lowest price technically acceptable evaluation methodology.All sources wishing to quote shall furnish a quotation by 08:00 a.m. Central Time, on or before August 25, 2023.
