NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Home Medical Equipment (HME) services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, FAR 13, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. SERVICES: The Department of Veterans Affairs is responsible for furnishing eligible beneficiaries HME for use in their home or nursing home. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, transportation and supplies required to provide delivery, pickup, setup removal, storage and repair services for government

owned HME for VA Medical Center Beneficiaries within Veteran Integrated Services Network (VISN) 22 s eight (8) Medical Center service areas. An indefinite quantity of services will be furnished at such times and in such quantities as required, FOB destination. ACQUISITION: A single VISN wide solicitation is being issued. Award will be by facility or group of facilities. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement will be 621610 with a size standard of $15 million. Any resultant contract will be effective for a Base Period of performance of one year, with four one-year Options to extend the contract at the Government s discretion.
