Ecolink Cleaning Solution

The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a purchase order to Clarus Fluid Intelligence, LLC., to provide a Ecolink Solution.  Naval Special Warfare Command Armory previously purchased washer stations from Clarus Fluid Intelligence, LLC., to assist with weapons cleaning and turn-in process. These current stations utilize the Ecolink cleaning SLVT, 250-SS MIL-PRF-680C Type V, provided by Clarus Fluid Intelligence, LLC.  As a result of California regulations, San Diego Air Pollution Control Board list of approved solvents in accordance with District Rule 67.6.1, and the compatibility of the existing fluid reprocessing technologies for optimum use of the wash stations Clarus Fluid Intelligence, LLC., is the only vendor capable of providing the supplies required.The items will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333318 - Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing.  The size standard is 1,000. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Clarus Fluid Intelligence, LLC., 3145 Mercer Ave Unit 104, Bellingham, WA 98225 (CAGE 4GXV0).
