Update 7/2/2019:Amendment 0010-   1) update SOW, Configuration Management clause, and CDRLs to address requirement for Class II ECPs at no cost,   2) update GFI to post a modified LCU TDP to bidder's library.  The posted TDP is a red-line version with a clean copy slated to be posted shortly (with no additional changes beyond the red-lined version).  All changes are considered to be minor such as clarifications to notes, minor changes to fittings, hoses, etc.The Government does not intent to extend the due date of the solicitation as a result of this
