The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has made a preliminary decision to approve Eni US Operating Co. Inc.’s application for Air Quality Control Minor Permit AQ0911MSS06 for the Oooguruk Development Project (ODP). Additionally, ADEC proposes to renew Air Quality Control Operating Permit AQ0911TVP03 using the integrated review procedures described in 18 AAC 50.326(c)(1). Applicant: Eni US Operating Co. Inc. 3700 Centerpoint Drive, Suite 500 Anchorage, Alaska 99503 Location: 70° 29' 43.52" North; Longitude 150° 15' 12.48o West East Harrison Bay, Alaska Activity: The ODP is an offshore petroleum drill site with an onshore production tie-in pad on Alaska’s North Slope. On August 9, 2022, ADEC received an addendum to the application requesting for an integrated review with the Title V operating permit renewal application. Eni US Operating Co. This public notice is for the preliminary minor permit and draft operating permit.
