The successful contractor will provide the holiday decorations and mounting hardware needed to decorate the areas listed in this Request for Information (RFI). The City is looking for information to potentially replace the existing holiday décor including possible expansion of the existing tree and may consider taking a multi-year approach to building the holiday décor collection as the years go by. Proposals should include an overall concept plan, as well as a potential starting point and phasing plan for additional décor as the year’s progress. Other Details The responses to this RFI are intended to provide pertinent information to the City so that it may evaluate the experience and qualifications of the proposers to perform the desired work. The selection of a service provider, and whether to award a service contract, are entirely within the City’s exclusive judgement and sole discretion.
