RFQ-22-17 Continuing Contracts for Project Management Services City of Winter Haven Description:It is the intent of the City to select and negotiate Continuing Contracts for Project Management Services with one or more firms or individuals.  Consultants / Firms will be chosen based upon the expertise and experience listed as it pertains to the work described.
