Please be advised that the Town of Stony Plain (the “Town”), as the Managing Entity, will be facilitating and evaluating this opportunity on behalf of the CRPWSC. The CRPWSC is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provisions of external financial audit services for a four (4) year term for the fiscal years 2024 to 2027. The auditor will be appointed annually

by the Board of Directors on or before December 15, 2024. The CRPWSC is seeking proposals from qualified firms of Chartered Professional Accountants to provide financial audit services performed in accordance with Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards as set forth by the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada (CPA), Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAB), and to express an opinion as to whether the audited financial statements are in all material respects, in accordance with the appropriate financial reporting frameworks and present report(s) to Council. Final award is subject to board approval in May 2024.
