PICK-UP OR WILL CALL REQUIREMENTS: Due to the “will call” requirement of this solicitation where City Staff will pick up merchandise at the selected vendor location, bidders are required to be located within 30 miles of the City of San José border. SALES TAX: Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response. The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION: All
