PR11373573 – Hotel Conference Package for a Workshop in Budapest, HungaryThe Embassy of the United States of America in Budapest, Hungary is now looking for interested hotels to provide a conference room and various services and equipment for an event which will take place in Budapest, Hungary on March 21-23, 2023.All hotels that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal:Provide 1 large conference room that seats up to 60 guests classroom style;Provide meals, services, and equipment detailed in the Solicitation;Provide 60 hotel rooms for the duration of the conference (to be paid separately and directly by the participants at the maximum rate of $235 per day including all taxes);Be within 30 minutes of walking distance from the U.S. Embassy located at 12 Szabadsag ter, 1054 Budapest, Hungary;Be able to understand written and spoken English;Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work;Have all licenses and permits required by local law;Meet all local insurance requirements;Have no adverse criminal record;Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America;Have good experience and past performance records;Responding hotels can obtain the detailed solicitation package from Contracting Specialist Mr. Zsolt Gulyas at gulyaszs@state.gov reference number PR11432234.The closing date of this advertisement is
