Hockey Equipment Project Description :The University of Waterloo Athletics and Recreation Department is seeking to award a contract to one or two Hockey specific retail vendor(s) and develop a sponsorship marketing relationship with the Successful Respondent(s).This Request for Proposal (RFP) is divided into two Items (options for bid): A-1 General Hockey Equipment and A-2 Skates and Goaltending Equipment. Respondents may choose to provide a proposal to either General Hockey Equipment or Skates and Goaltending Equipment or both General Hockey Equipment and Skates and Goaltending Equipment. The full list of equipment for each Item can be found in Appendix C – Price/Bid Forms (A-1 and A-2). The award of this RFP will be either to two vendors, one for each highest scoring proposal in each Item or to one vendor if a vendor is able to supply both Items, has submitted proposal documents to each Item and has the highest scoring proposal in each Item.
