Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center - Atlantic requires the procurement of bed bug heat treatment services to treat a bed bug infestation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-01577 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services. This solicitation is being posted as a small business

set aside with a business size limit of $17.5 million. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: To procure service for bed bug heat treatment. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Thomas Jefferson requires the procurement of bed bug heat treatment.
